Gin Basil Smash
Basil, lemon and gin in an aggressively green little triumph.
What you'll need
- Fresh basil10 leaves
- Gin60 ml
- Lemon juice30 ml
- Simple syrup20 ml
Make it
Muddle basil with lemon and syrup. Add gin and ice, shake hard and fine strain over fresh ice.
