- Ginger syrup10 ml
- Honey syrup20 ml
- Islay Scotch7.5 ml
- Lemon juice25 ml
- Scotch whisky50 ml
Make it
Shake everything except the smoky Scotch with ice. Strain over ice and float the Scotch.
